DAN YASHINSKY is the founder of the Toronto Festival of Storytelling, 1,001 Friday Nights of Storytelling, and the co-founder of the Storytellers School of Toronto. He has travelled internationally as a storyteller, including appearances at festivals in Israel, Austria, France, and the United States. He is the author of several books and writes articles for numerous publications including The Globe and Mail, a Canadian newspaper.
