Tim Tingle
TIM TINGLE is an enrolled member of the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma now living in Canyon Lake, Texas. He has performed as a featured storyteller in festivals covering a thirty-state area, and has served as Teller-in-Residence at the International Storytelling Center. HHe is the author of three collections of traditional stories as well as the picture book Crossing Bok Chitto, which received starred reviews in Booklist and Publishers Weekly as well as an Editor's Choice citation in the New York Times.
